Solvent cleaning is not a good idea especially if you are using low boiling point solvents like isopropanol and acetone.. during evaporation of IPA/acetone, the surface tension will delaminate your graphene flakes from substrate.. best method to clean graphene is thermal annealing in Ar/H2 atmospheres.
If your graphene is supported on a rigid or flexible substrates then you can rinse the graphene substrates with isopropanol or acetone. Do not use ultrasonication, it might destroy the graphene film.
