We did BMT from C57Bl/6 to F1(Balb/c× C57Bl/6) for haploidentical transplantation to establish GVHD .So my question is how do we choose donors or recipients in mouse transplantation? are there any principles? For example, can I do haplo-HSCT from F1(Balb/c× C57Bl/6) to C57Bl/6?

There are various factors that should be considered while choosing a donor for BMT. Since F1 generation is a result of cross between Balb/c and c57Bl/6, a haplo-HSCT to C57Bl/6 is possible since the F1 generation will a partial match to its parent.
