How do i calibrate MPX5050GP blood pressure sensor?

It is an arduino based medicine reminder with the facilities of measuring blood temperature and blood pressure. every other part of the project has been achieved. calibrating the MXP5050GP is the only challenge. also, any other relevant information about the sensor will be appreciated.
