Some article papers that I read about the AMC reinforced with particles, most of the authors write about the average particle size and volume fraction and it is associated with the microstructure.
I'm tried to get the information how to calculate the particle size and volume fraction but did not found it.
I'm not sure whether it can be found through the calculation or direct from analysis software.
Please give some information.

I have used the Analysis software installed on the computer of optical microscope. Using Back scatter mode in SEM carbide particles appear white color and the matrix will be black, in my case, so software could recognize perfectly white carbides in the black matrix resulting in the calculation of carbide characteristics.

There are two major ways to calculate it:
1- by leaching a composite parts in concentrated acid or base(by solution treatment).
2-by analyzing software's like clemex (minimum 3 image for different sections of parts)
There are two main techniques used for determination of reinforcement volume fraction namely
1. Matrix removal
a. Acid digestion
b. Matrix burn off
This method might not return accurate results depending on the nature of your reinforcement.
2. Image Analysis
This method is favorable as it does not require you to deal with acid and fire :)
It has also the advantage of determination of local volume fraction in addition to average volume fraction. Furthermore, other micro structural features such as void, reinforcement geometry, spatial distribution, etc. can be obtained.
There are many software out there, but you can determine all the microstructure features with a simple Matlab code.

You can use "imageJ" analysis software to calculate the particle size and volume fraction of composites from SEM micrograph. There are lots of tutorial videos in YouTube on image analysis. if you feel difficulties you can further contact with me.

Image analysis method is one of the best method to calculate the particle size and its volume fraction.

for particle size you can go for PSA. if you have casted composite then go for fractograph with FESEM or TEM.
The volume can be calculated by rule of mixture.
