How do I calculate pooled median OS results using metafor and R software?

I am very new to R software and coding.

I am unsure how to perform a meta analysis of median OS results and cant find anything on the help section for R studio. I do not have IPD data. Can anyone help?

Find revman easier to use but its not very good for meta-analysis of survival outcomes.
