How do I calculate adhesion strength of the thin film on metal substrate from scratch testing data?

I need a help to calculate the adhesion strength of the thin film from scratch testing data. There are many methods to calculate but a bit complicated. So, please suggest the best and easy way to calculate it.

Dear Sunil,

I suggest you Cross Hatch adhesion method. It is very simple and informative technique. You can find the details from the ASTM D 3359 standard. If you can use 1 mm cutter, you will obtain more reliable results.
