Depending on your interests, find the paper, see what they are using, look into the manuals/documentation of those tools, obtain a dataset apply the tools. If your interest lies in Drug Design and Discovery, there are youtubers e.g. Dataprofessor, Bioinformatics with BB, Girinath Pillai, Dr. Vipin's Classroom etc. you can learn a lot from their videos.
Every tool has a tutorial video or file; try to find them and follow their instructions to get your information. Be aware that bioinformatics is a wide world, so you have to read an article about your interest, then do the analysis one by one.
