Hi, with SPSS, you can make

first, a exploratory factor analysis

Second, a reliability analysis with Cronbach's Alpha

Third, your chosen statistical manipulation (correlation, regression...)

if you want to push the analysis, you can try AMOS for structural equation modelling and check for other statistical manipulations (AVE, indices, measurement model, structural model, path analysis).

The method and strategy analysis will depend on your proposed hypotheses.

I think that you could first analyse your 3 instruments : make for each of them an factorial analysis (component anaysis followed by Varimax rotations) and use the factorials scores of the subjects for each instruments.

Next you could prédict (multiple regression), each of the factorial scores of your criteria (intend to persist) with the factorial scores of each of your prédictors, separate (faculty validation and self efficacity) and all to gether....

Finally you could (optionnal) made a canonical correlation analysis of your prédictors and your critéria if you know enough about canonical correlations

Fist of all, I would like to emphasize the good and helpful answers given by Wassim and Francis . However, besides theses two proper answers, I would like to add an additional note as well.

Since you may have repetitions for each of your questions, you can invest in average of responses and, hence, move to continues space rather than discrete. The continues environment paves the way for utilizing many of statistical methods and techniques, particularly related to correlation/relationship analysis, like regression analysis (if the probability distribution function of data is satisfied), path analysis/Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, etc.
