The research that I am working on will touch on workplace engagement, satisfaction, and enjoyment. I feel like it is a little lazy (read: inaccurate) to jumble them together as if they were the same thing. What are your thoughts on measurement(s) that cover one but not the other two? eg: So far I am thinking that the UWES-17 does a good job of covering work engagement (via vigor, dedication and absorption) that is different from enjoyment or satisfaction. Thoughts?
