Depending on what specific information you want to get you can use Excel and Origin. Though for deconvolution purposes i wrote my own tool since the curve fitting in Origin has some bugs and has an awful usability.

I think you need to define your acronym. TPD = Tweets per day.... Or do you mean Temperature Programmed Desorption?
