Dear Researches,

Our research is focused on the optimization and development of semiconductor devices and especially solar cell structures based on copper oxide and titanium dioxide.

Thin-film heterojunctions are fabricated using the Modular Platform PREVAC by direct current reactive magnetron sputtering.

We achieved only 0.24% efficient of our soalr cells. The best result is 1.64% [ M. Rokhmat et al. Performance Improvement of TiO2/CuO Solar Cell by Growing Copper Particle using Fix Current Electroplating Method, Procedia Engineering ]

Our result is published:

Performance improvement of TiO2/CuO by increasing oxygen flow rates and substrate temperature using DC reactive magnetron sputtering method, Optik - International Journal for Light and Electron 206, 2020, 164297, s. 1-8, DOI: 10.1016/j.ijleo.2020.164297.

How could we increase efficiency of solar cell structures based on copper oxide and titanium dioxide?
