Fish farming is very economic important resource for the most of the world. I am looking for suggestion to improve the fish growth and their survival. My goal is how to clear  most  of the fat in  the fish muscle which affect the economic value.   

There are many challenges for this issue:

1. Notably resistance to diseases and epidemics

2. Improving reproduction

3. The development of appropriate feeds and feeding systems.

4. The development of breeding techniques

5. Water quality
