Before applying the above mentioned optimization methods, you need some data. Then you should propose a model and then by using data and and optimization method, the model shall be tuned. Then is must be approved by another set of data.
If you need to estimate genetically i.e. where there is a utility field and materials field in the environment which is dynamic possibly , I have published papers on Econophysics in top class Physics journals where I have proved both Algorithmically and Experimentally that "Linear Fcatorisation" method (my inventio if you are in case interested), please refer to some of my papers on my RG site, gives the entropy maximising experimental and analytical results for dynamic equilibrium estimation, by using the Weak law of large numbers on String Theoretic Systems models and using Gauss Markov Theorem. I think you can safely try this on the most uptodate quantum computers (RAM Drives) and WANed databases available using ofcourse latest Microsoft technology if possible (micro-electronic computing). I got data for all of them. I even got the PSO codings that i will be implementing in Scilab but for that i will need an equation which i had somewhat tried to implement.
I tried to formulate them one by one and also added the standard wiener process.
If i could have all of your opinions on it, it would be grateful.
