I disperse MWCNT(200mg) in 30mlit H2SO4/HNO3(3:1) solution to form defects on it. After sonication for couple of hour, I add DI water to it and immediately pour it on paper filter. The CNTs are gathered on the paper filter. Then i transfer it to glass watch while it has moisture in it. I should dry the CNTs completely but while I use heat oven with 60degree for 12hours the moisture is not gone properly and still in it.
How can i do it better to dry it completely to form powder? Can I use ethanol or acetone to wash it and dry it more easily without loosing my defects in MWCNTs?

You can use desiccator for effective drying. try with vacuum type desiccator for one day. It may help.
Basically after washing with Ethanol or acetone, heating in the oven at 100C (over the night) should be enough (fast drying in vacuum oven). The CNTs can then be stored with moisture absorbent. But all depends on how the moisture content can/may affect the following steps!!!!! because one in contact with the atmosphere, CNTs will absorb some.
