I mean the human genome project (HGP) report. I hope you have read the exploit of J. Craig Venter (A LIFE DECODED: My Genome, My Life). Is there no revision of the report based on the current high throughput sequencing than those ones used during the project till its completion in 2001? There is a need to reexamine the HGP report before the science community embark on synthetic HGP (http://engineeringbiologycenter.org/).

Also, I stated that there could be novel enzyme in isomaltose pathway based on our present investigation.
