Try to find open positions on Nature job or Google search. Also meantime give any English test, it would be beneficial IELTS/TOEFL. Because once you meet all requirements the application or position will stuck or hold at Eng Test. Specially in Europe albeit Institute don't need but Visa does.

I think you should go about this differently. First prioritize potential supervisors based on research interests and quality of work done in terms of quality publications and number of citations. List the first 3 to 5 that best fit your research interest and send them mails detailing exactly what you would like to do beginning with first priority. If the first fails you send to the second and so on until you have a positive response. All the while considering the country of interest.
