If i want to read the stored or just transient charges in a structure simulated through SILVACO atlas, how can I do it so?
What is the related code, or function in SILVACO atlas simulator?
I've already used the "CHARGE" in "Output" statement, or "CHARGE" in "probe" statement, but it doesn't work properly.
Codes which I've used are as below:
- probe charge x=... y=... name=...
This is for probing a point
- probe charge integrated x.min=... x.max=... y.min=...\
y.max=... name="..."
This is for probing a bounded region.
Is it possible that the bounding condition be wrong? Or there is some other kind of statements represent the charge?
Is it possible to plot charge integrated in y-cordinate versus x-cordinate in a transistor channel by using tonyplot? (At a fixed drain an gate voltages). in the x quantity list of tonyplot display, there is no option to choose x or y positions
