We would like to clarify the possible role of dendritic cells in process of coagulation. Do you believe in it? Dendritic cells are derived from hematopoietic progenitor cells and may play a role in initiation of immune response in hemophillic patients (formation of inhibitor).

Can you use the drug to eliminate dendritic cell in mouse and then let the mouse bleed to see if it has any difference in control and experimental group of hemostasis?
Perhaps you may want to expand on the recent studies from the Dorling lab http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23347132 - the role of DC-derived Tissue Factor (TF) is rather poorly defined e.g. is it expressed in quantities sufficient to make any appreciable difference in hemostatic maintenance and/or thrombotic disorders, is there a TF+ subset of DCs that carries other specific markers and is it the same in mouse and human etc. Indeed it'd be interesting to see if "the TF profile" of DCs derived from HemA and/or HemB patients is different in i) DCs derived from p'ts vs non-bleeder controls and/or ii) hemophiliacs with inhibitors vs those w/o inhibitors.
