It is not clear yet for me to judge that an experience is an authentic science or not.
And authentic science is a model, approach or what?
If you do not mind, please give me a reference that explain this.

'Authentic science' refers to science experiences that resemble the way real scientists actually do science. Basically, in science education, many argue that the way science is taught in schools (through lectures, worksheets, note-taking and doing recipe-like laboratory experiments where the results are already known) is not 'authentic'—meaning that it is not how science is actually done. But, teaching science by getting students to do real scientific investigations the way scientists do, is 'authentic science'.
Barbara Crawford provides a very good definition of Authentic Science in the Encyclopaedia of Science Education—you may find it helpful.

Some said it is a learning model. As I know, learning model must have sintax (step by step). But I dont find the sintax yet. Or it is an approach?
It's an approach rather than a model. There is no step by step method to teaching science authentically, because science doesn't work that way. Authentic science education approach is often used interchangeably with inquiry-based learning/teaching approaches. So if you are looking for a theoretical model/framework, do a literature review on inquiry-based learning and that should be helpful.
