As a teacher ; an open-ended question is always better to let the students think and develop their ideas. We could start by " what do you think if .....? "
Good idea should certainly be there.....and the language....which should be simple, appropriate, not too long and most importantly.....smart.
But to ask a good question one must have the idea which is "generally good".....the idea which touches the common man's inquisitiveness, the idea which has an appeal en mass.
This sort of unique universality urges for a good question and obviously attracts a huge number of readers prompting them to answer immediately with natural zeal and passion.
Formulate a good question is based on an New idea for mental growth under a reasonable understanding which may help the way for the right path in an understanding manner.

Howercer in this case we have to offer the right environment based on the moral growth and princ of our life which may help us to know & subsequently help us to show the right path and also for further development and expansion of subject which we have chosen
To put up a good question, one needs to be curious to gain knowledge and novelties. One has to think beyond the usual always. Putting up a question showcases how creative you are and what ideas you have in your mind.
