There is no option available for drawing the coordinating bond in GaussView.
If you are only interested in image, you can use pointed line. If you refer an specific input, I think its not necessary to specify the bond, because g09 works with distances, not the "bond picture you could use".
Which bond do you want to draw? If it is an ethylene for example, you have the options.

Joaquim is right. You don't need to specify the type of bond (provided of course, that your force field/basis set is valid for the metal in question).
If I get right, you problem regards only visualisation. Depending on your needs, you can change the bond drawing style with the distance tool, sa shown in the 2nd picture sent by Joaquim.
