The enzyme activity (U/min/g) =[(Change in abs./minute)* Total volume (ml)] /[Extinction coefficient*Enzyme volume]

Where, Extinction coefficient = 2.8 mM-1 cm-1

Thanks Mr. Abhishek. One more thing i want to consult from you. Extinction coefficient = 2.8 mM-1 cm-1. In this extinction coefficient, we have to change the units cm-1 in to mm-1 or use it as it is?

Use it as it is.

I think the correct unit of molar extinction coefficient is M-1. cm-1.
