Can you explain your question more? Cause if I understand correctly you want some way to have all of your data and then you can plot it versus the independent variable? correct? cause you can always do that by activating sensitivity analysis in you aspen plus simulation.

The other way is to extract your results from each run of your simulation and collect all in excel and then do regression there.
