If we give a presentation to a conference where they haven't the chance to print it , how can we present it again to a magazine for publishing? It is legal !!!!!
or what can we do to avoid any problem?
for me , I have a chance to print it in a magazine of the same department ? but for other situations?

A very logical question. I feel that if your paper/presentation was complete in all respect and you have a different view/conclusion to present it in a paper then you should publish it else your presentation can also be deposited in a PPt site with a valid reference link.
If you can add more data and viewpoint than your presentation then also you should publish it in a journal

My opinion is this> Conference papers are conference papers and sometimes are not published by conference organisers after the conference. What a researcher then does is to find a suitable journal or an outlet where he or she feels the article could be published and then prepares same manuscript to suit the specifications of a journal article for example. Format for conference paper is different when you want to publish it in a journal. There is absolutely nothing wrong in reworking an unpublished conference paper and submitting same to a journal or for any other kind of academic publishing.
