i will recomend you to use fresh solvent from an ampoule (100% Deuterated) and prepare the sample in a nitrogen atmosphere. Also is important you use a tube with a screw cap to keep the dry "atmosphere".
make sure to use a solvent with low solubility for water such as Chloroform or Toluene if possible. As mentioned above dry the solvent with molecular sieve. For Chloroform also use activated basic alumina to remove traces of HCl. If your compound is very sensitive prepare the sample in a glove box or bag under nitrogen. Get an NMR of the solvent before it to see how much water is in there.
Thanks to all of you. I do not have a glove box so I performed the experiment under nitrogen atmosphere as suggested by Clemens Anklin and was successful.
