How can we stain different genomes with immunofluorescence techniques?

Some insects, like rice weevil (Sitophilus oryzae), have four intracellular genomes i.e. nuclear, mitochondrial, principal endosymbiont, and Wolbachia. Can we stain these different genomes with immunofluorescence techniques?
