In new release of Matlab you can create initial FIS structure using three methods:

For genfis3 the input membership function type is 'gaussmf'. By default, the output membership function type is 'linear'. I would like to thank you for your help and the relevant shared papers. I have tried to train the model using genfis3 as it was recommended by you after learning some shared files, for that I have succeeded training 2 outputs in the same model. Unfortunately, I have encountered other problem.

The script Mamdani systems commands used:

X_input=[X1 X2 X3 X4 X5 X6 X7 X8];

Y_target=[Y1 Y2];

Type='mamdani';

cluster_n=5;

in_fis = genfis3(X_input,Y_target,Type,cluster_n);

epoch_n = 20;

out_fis = anfis(X_input,Y_target,in_fis,epoch_n);

Y_output=evalfis(X_input,out_fis);

R=corrcoef (Y_target, Y_output);

MSE=mean((Y_output-Y_target).^2);

The reported problem:

Undefined function 'isnan' for input arguments of type 'struct'.

Error in anfis (line 125)

elseif length(t_opt) == 1 && isnan(t_opt),

We can obviousely know that the problem is in the 7th command (out_fis=anfis(X_input,Y_target,in_fis,epoch_n); but I can not identify the origin of the problem.
