I would like to know the best software recommendations for ANN, fuzzy logic and neuro-fuzzy modeling?. Currently, I have already used the neural net fitting application, available within Matlab for ANN analysis, but the problem that I faced, is to change the ANN architecture every single time for identifying the optimal one, it will be a time-consuming process especially if we use two hidden layers. I'll be grateful if you suggest to me some recommendations, please!

For ANN, I recommend you to use sklearn to fast architecture change and or keras framework to fast training/testing.

For ANN, you can use some workflow platforms like KNIME or Orange. workflow platforms are easy and simple to process data and create, train and test models. if you want to play with the architecture of the model, like Artur i recommend you to use Keras for train-test and sklearn for hyper-parameter optimisation. this is an example of using GridSearch hyper-parameters for deep learning model: https://machinelearningmastery.com/grid-search-hyperparameters-deep-learning-models-python-keras/

I agree with Artur Jordão . For ANN in python you can try keras, whereas for fuzzy logic control in python you can use scikit-fuzzy . The link of both packages are as follows:
