When we use the HAM method to solve fluid flow problems, how can we implement the equations in mathematica? Is there any other way to solve these equations?
there are some other softwares such as Maple that solve nonlinear equation analytically. I have used Maple for solving flow and heat transfer over an stretching plate and deriving equations are as easy as writing them on paper! but of course you should know the syntax of the desired software which in the case of "Maple" it is really easy to learn syntax by reading some basic tutorials.
Thank you dear Taha khademinejad.... But I want to solve that non dimensional equations using HAM Method using Mathematica....Pls tell me any suggestions for this.
Details of the homotropy analysis method (HAM) in the context of a parameter continuation method can be found in our publication: "A simple method for tracking turning points in parameter space" by Brian G. Higgins, Housam Binous
JOURNAL OF CHEMICAL ENGINEERING OF JAPAN 01/2010; 43(12):1035-1042. All the examples in that paper including one from fluid mechanics were solved with Mathematica. The code for one of those examples can be found on the Wolfram Demonstration Project: http://demonstrations.wolfram.com/TrackingTheFrankKamenetskiiProblem/
