In an Isolated SEPIC Converter, the Transformer will have current path both during Switch ON (magnetizing current falling ) and OFF (Magnetizing current rising) Times. Why is it still that the magnetizing current current does not have a zero average value?
At first check that the medium voltage across the inductors is zero, I mean VLmed=0.
T=L/R the time constant of the circuit plays an important role in decaying the current. The primary side current(magnetizing), though reached zero value, but will not reflect the same on secondary(average value will not be zero) For detailed, understanding with mathematical modeling can refer my research paper 'C.T performance for inrush current........'. If you can you must install a capacitor between transformer and mosfets will force DC=0. In order to avoid resonance you must use a capacitor at least 5 times higher than the frequency of the converter.
