Pure water boils at 100°C, and at even higher temperature as soon as something has been dissolved in it. I am afraid that no aqueous blowing agent can be used. The possibility I see is producing so big amounts of foam that a Tromsdorff effect occurs and allows very high temperature to be reached. But the experiment would be hazardous, and the result probably inhomogeneous. You might also do the foaming under vacuum in order to decrease the boiling point, but again I expect very inhomogeneous, low-quality, foams.

special thanks to yours. Would you please describe or introduce a references to compare N-pentane and Cyclopentane as a foam blowing agent ?
This is something I don't have, but that you'll find surely in the literature. I expect that the differences they induce in foaming are direcly related to their different boiling points: 36°C for n-pentane against 49°C for cyclopentane. This is a significant difference, thus the foams will not be identical, all other parameters being constant.
