I'm working on RF energy harvesting applications. We designed a RF rectifier that is producing different level voltage output (between 10 mV and 1V) for the same load (i.e. 10k).
The question is basic things. For instance, our rectifier is producing 10uW for 100uW RF input. This produced power caused a voltage on load resistor (100mV for 10k). But, we want to reach the same voltage level for 100 ohm output load.
Is that possible to find any solution for these voltage levels?
Hi, can you clarify your question. Do you want to produce 100mV across 100 ohm? If so the current would be 100 times that of when a 10k resistor is used. You will need to receive a lot more RF power to do this. The rectifier diode is non-linear so it is not a straight forward relationship.

Yes, if we get more RF power we can gain higher voltage level on 100 ohm. But, we haven't at low level input like under -10dBm. Because of this reason we're designing multi stage rf rectifier but, I'm curious is that possible to find any mV level voltage regulator design or IC?
I think Texas Instruments do some voltage regulator chips for RF energy harvesting. You say you are going to use a multi-stage rectifier. This maybe problematic since you will have to overcome multiple diode forward voltage drops. So, instead of just 0.2V (assuming a schotky diode) it will be 0.4V for two diodes. This is a fundamental limitation which TI and other manufacturers chips are designed to get round.
Dear brother .. try to use Cockroft Walton rectifier ,, your output voltage so small ! So you need to make it larger by using this types of rectifier ,, I have published paper about designing 3 stages of cockroft Walton rectifier ,, and I achieved more than 5 output voltage .
To have a good output voltage you need a high efficiency of antenna,, good matching circuit between the antenna and rectifier ,,and finally a good rectifier ..

A. Tahir Ince try to check the voltage threshold, Vth of the components used then compare with the voltage input to the circuit. if Vin < Vth it's better u to increase the Vin, eg: using voltage gain, use matched impedance matching.
