for a factory with 1200 m size and 5 m height that has a lot of windows all over the top part of the main space near the ceiling for example from 75% to 45%....please advise about a cheap and fast solution
You should first state the surrounding ambient conditions at your place. Are living in a humid climate ? What is the relative humidity daily range ?Does the product at your factory generate humidity ? Do you have any air conditioning in your factory ? The answer to these questions is necessary so as to make me suggest an answer.
Is the relative humidity is due to high external relative humidity/vapour pressure? Or there is moisture generation inside? Is the relative humidity constantly high or is it cyclic?
Thank you Mr. Abdalla the personnel work there and the humidity is around 70-75% the products are paints and coatings all around the saloon there are windows near the ceiling and we don't have air conditioning ...the leaks and vents are too many so that sealing is so hard
I am afraid Seyede there is NO cheap solution for your case since the outside relative humidity as you said is in the range of 70-75 %. So either you use an air conditioning system and you bring the outside air through it where humidity will condense around the cooling coils and then dumped away provided you do perfect sealing of all openings you mentioned . The other suggestion is to pass the outside air through a desiccant material that can absorb the humidity before letting it into the building.
A cheapest way is to use fans at 1.8 meters high on the walls and exhaust fans at the top. This will give a good feeling but it will not reduce the humidity level.
Since it is not a sealed area it is going to be very difficult and very expensive to reduce the humidity of the entire space. Due to the openness the humidity levels will vary a lot and will not be uniform. You did not mention the goal but I am assuming that human comfort is the objective. In a very humid climate cool breeze at the body level is the most economical and effective method. You can use wind catchers to direct wind down or use stack stack effect to generate breeze. Sun shading over the windows can also be effective in lowering the temperature.
