As we know, spin of superparamagnetic particles fluctuate so fast between two states that we can not observe them through our measurement techniques. But how do you present them physically in a schematic? Can we make a random arrangement or a ferromagnetic arrangement? any reference having the schematic of spin arrangements in superparamagnetic state will be helpfull

What are you trying to do? You just want an illustration of superparamagnetism in nanoparticles? Try something like
ferromagnetic nanoparticle aligned in one state aligned other state
then put the equation for the Neel relaxation time and have be less than that.
does that make sense?
