How can we do the solvent extraction rate determination test (Ct/C∞) of the membrane film during the phase inversion process?

The dynamics of wet phase inversion were characterized by the solvent-nonsolvent exchange rate, which could give information concerning the development of morphology and the structure of the membrane. How can we determine the solvent extraction rate and find the Ct/C∞ diagram? where Ct and C∞ denote the concentrations of the solvent or additive in coagulation bath at time t and at infinite time, respectively.
