Sometimes some gene gets over expressed in organism, so which molecular technique can help us to detect the over expression of that gene?

No for checking this you need two groups, one untreated and the other exposed to antibiotic. After that you extract RNA then make cDNA and check the delta ct in real time results.
Gene expression/over expression can be determined on mRNA level (via Northern blotting, RT-PCR, qRT-PCR ... as direct effect) or functional on protein level (e.g. via WB, ELISA, 2DE-PAGE etc.).
