My sample surface has [001] direction. we use FIB milling from the top (perpendicular to the surface) to make TEM sample.
I attacthed the typical HRTEM of my sample. anyone knows how to defined the plane of TEM view. is this [110] or something like this?

I would suggest you define the crystal planes using diffraction or FFT pattern, if available.
In your case, if surface is [001] and you cut it perpendicular, it should be something like [100], [010] or something between them.

If your material's structure belongs to a cubic lattice system then direction (direct) and corresponding plane (reciprocal) vectors are all parallel. (e.g. (001)//[001])
HRTEM image are not always straightforward to interpret as-is. You would probably have an easier time identifying the zone axis (ZA) and the planes using a Fourier Transform (FT) of the image (which does not load, BTW). If I understand correctly your question, you wish to know which crystal plane lies in the plane of your TEM micrograph. You can access this information using the zone axis (ZA) you will have determined from the FT. As per my comment above, if your material is cubic then a [011] ZA means the (011) lies parallel to your TEM view. If it is another lattice system then you need to be careful going back and forth between direct and reciprocal.
Get the FFT from any point/area on your HRTEM image, using Digitalmicrograph/ImageJ, use an indexing software to find the interplanar spacings to get hkl for that lattice fringe
