Hi all,
Thanks for your answers. I am currently using GATAN GMS3 sofware to quantify the degree of lattice distortion by measuring lattice spacing between columns in the distorted structure (in IFF image) and then compare it to the ideal lattice spacing of the bulk material. The -ve value refers to that the lattice is compressed and conversely when the value is +ve the lattice tend to be enlarged.
