You use the self contact option

Use the displacement control method for analysis. create the reference points in the target element and deformable element. and connect the two reference points and make the conformation of contact. In the creation of model part you can do this. At the end it is not possible.

self contact is not good. because if any small variation in the modelling part it wont work properly. so that u can use the manual contact in the modelling time. create the reference points in the models and merge the reference point for contact.
