I will be extremely thankful if anybody could suggest me the method to control fungal bioburden in clean room (class 100,000). The limit of bacterial bioburden complies with settle plate method in the area for 4 hours (the count should not be more than 100 colonies); however, fungal count exceeds the above limit (count is about 150).
