We studied the genetic variation of Indonesian accession of Curcuma xanthorrhiza using AFLP markers. In the recent past, we obtained the morphological data as curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and xanthorrhizol concentration of our accession.
Those are not morphological data, they are phytochemical data. You can use these data to study genetic relationship between acessions. Use xystat software which is very helpful. The genetic data can be validated by phytochemical analysis.
