With the command "ini sat" you can adjust saturation of soil any amount between 0 to 1 

Thanks for the answer, but I believe that UBCSand model does not have access to Flac's sat (i,j) variables. It has its own variable for adjusting the saturation but I am not sur if I can set any value betwen 0 and 1.

May I ask where did you get the UBCSAND model for FLAC? I got one from the ITASCA website but I CANNOT load it into my FLAC library. Thank you.
