How can we change the bio molecule concentration in silvaco?

I want to simulate the bio sensor based field effect transistor under the different

bio molecule concentration on sensing surface so how i can take the biomolecule concentration variation in silvaco TCAD tools?

in silvaco you can change molecular concentration by changing concentration because if molecular concentration increases the electron concentration can change accordingly.
