How can we calculate the concentration of nanoparticles silver from TEM or UV-VIS ?

I produded NPs silver from trichoderma sp, I have UV-VIS machine, sample NPs 500ppm silver synthesized by chemical methods and TEM image of my NPs silver. Can I calculate the concentration of my NPs silver ?
