Since our masters and doctorate degrees, the academy has reinforced individual research production. The evaluation indicators are also individual. Many institutions encourage multiple signatures in scientific articles to multiply individual evaluations. But, it is not always possible to search together.

If the topic has common ground then partnerships can be developed not only within members of an organization but across organizations as well. This requires cooperation, communication and a willingness to put the ego aside for the sake of collective good.
Mutual project work is essential and personal communication (oral/written) as process, to clarify research intersections.
I believe that partnership is needed in day to day life even, actually,
Similarly if we talk about the research even in that sphere we need the partnership, If we are in corporate world we need a partnership,
Actually like in different ball games we need the ball of different size and shape but in actual we need the ball whether its is ruby, football, cricket or water ball game, we as a player need a ball of different size and shape.
Similarly whether it is personal life or professional life or corporate life or any sphere of life we need a lasting partnership,
And partnership is a game of hit and trial, it could be broadly be derived as:
1. Many times we should try to bow down, to respect the ego of the concerned. .
2. Many times we take a step further than the desired line of interaction or could be called as limit and find in uncomfortable position, so we should apologies,
3. Many time we should share the meaning in place of sharing the incident occur, to get the point clear without blame game play.
4. Many time it really takes a very long time to understand the situation and thoughts of the person we are dealing with, but we should try to be consistent, in place of quitting the game.
5. Many time we should exercise the game of exchanging the gift to understand the beauty of care with sharing a single word.
So it is actual not the partnership, it is actually the networking, and without the networking no soul can survive on this earth.
And yes these are not merely five points only, I can write a whole white paper on it.
