Dear Olutosin, the teacher can take whatever measure to motivate the students. In my opinion, if students know that they will be employed when they finish the school, that is the best way to motivate the students. Thus, part of the problem is not in teachers' control.

Dear Olutosin, I understand what you mean by really motivated. My experience in the teaching process says that teacher can really do a lot to motivate the students. However, it is necessary that the students have their own inner motivation.
