This is off the top of my head and I'm only an interested layperson on Corona. But we know one very common symptom is shortness of breath that can even drag on months after you've "overcome" Covid. And if you collect speech samples of people now and you can hear labored breathing, difficulty speaking, pauses for breathing after every few words (or maybe after several sentences in lighter cases), generally a tendency to run out of breath, and exhaustion after speaking for a bit, I guess everyone would be primed to think that speaker had Covid. And it seems rather likely, too.
