I want various methods for the extraction of phytic acids in cereals like maize, soya beans etc
Two questions:
Do you want to isolate/remove the phytic acid or just let it disappear?
Did you already search the literature?

I don't really sure about what do you need, but I used HCl 0.66 M to extract phytic acid from Soybean Meal, I incubated it at 37 C overnight, then I used the supernatant. The method that I used based on Phytic acid assay by megazyme
