it is really interesting point that persistent Na current are really "sustaineble and persistent" along with low pA/pF(0.1-0.3). The point is this current shows constant leaky behaviour without ohmic function.I am really consider that and some hurdles needs to be clarify to unravel this current dynamics. in my opinion, this currrent may arise likely from potassium alterations and this alteration may induce that "persistent" current. is it ohmic or leaky current, or none, or both?
any idea?
