I am looking to measure allele-specific immune responses for specific antigens.
After identifying the most prominent alleles in a population, I am looking to express them in mice and then measure immune response.
I am not sure about the best method to deliver these peptides to the mice? Do I need to clone it into a vector? How do I select the best vector?
Any help will be appreciated!

Hi Leah,
For peptide vaccination, you can just mix it with adjuvant (QuilA in the beginning, later on CpG DNA) and packed it in liposomes. However, if you want to introduce these peptides for immune response purpose i recommend fusing them with GFP protein.
